It’s snowing. Again.
I would like to sequester myself in the woman cave all day but I have to go out for an appointment this afternoon. It’s supposed to be sunny later today, and above freezing in the coming days, but I don’t know what to believe anymore.
Spring will arrive on schedule whether it appears that way or not right now. In a few weeks I’ll be digging in potting soil and planting tiny tomato seeds no matter what.
Meanwhile, snow.

Losing myself in a novel that I have the honour of beta reading.
Slow cooker suppers.

Dear Linda, thank you for the Chekhov quote. It so fits what seems to be happening about and within me right now. The air is chilled. It’s a wet cold and so seems to seep into the bones. Because of that and the ice/sleet storms we’ve been having, I haven’t done much walking lately.
I am busy, though, getting ready for the self-publishing of my convent memoir. I hope to have it available on Amazon by March 21. It’s all so exciting. I remember when you did your book. I have a copy on my bookshelf! The cover is so evocative. Peace.
Congratulations on hearing the publication of your memoir, Dee! Huge accomplishment! I look forward to reading it.
Spring has never missed a season. It will come.
It shall come. Peace and joy, Linda . . .
Yes it will, and right in schedule too. 🙂 Must keep that in mind!
