An Afternoon Surprise

Hmmm…that is odd…that piece of tissue wasn’t on the floor when I left for work this morning…

I walk a little farther into the house…

And turn the corner…

and look down the hall toward the bathroom.

What’s this?! Who did this?

Not me! I’m innocent!

The culprits!

I had a good laugh when I got home from work!

I’m a writer, reader, and creative. I thought by now I’d have things figured out, but I keep coming up with more questions. I think that’s okay. I’m here most mornings pondering ordinary things and the thin places where faith intersects.
  1. lol..they look so innocent…..

    1. I know! It’s impossible to get upset with them!

  2. Have you reviewed their contract lately? It might be part of their job description.

    1. Funny! I never considered that, Kathy!

  3. Do you have 3 dogs? Or just 2?

    1. We just have two dogs, Becky. I just couldn’t resist including the innocent look my littlest one gave me!

  4. But, Mommie, we were just playing. Isn’t it pretty? Next time get pink. It’ll look like a party!

    1. LOL Trilla!

  5. I have two Yorkies myself and completely understand! They make mischief and are totally puzzled by any dismay on my part. Actually, I might go a bit further and say they scoff at my dismay. I feel so sorry for folks that can not have the joy of animal companions. Thanks for the sweet post!

  6. They are so cute!!!! Great pictures, too.

  7. We have a “not me” at my house, too! Those eyes just get ya though every time, huh?
