Riding the Wave

Here is the way that same pot shown in yesterday’s post looked in August of last year. It was full-to-overflowing with Wave Petunias.

I hope that in August of this year my memoir looks as robust as I expect my flower pot to look! Something tells me that it will take much more hard work and perseverance to get my memoir to bloom the way that I want it to, than it will for my flowers.

I consider them both well worth the effort required.

I’m a writer, reader, photographer, and gardener. I thought by now I’d have things figured out, but I keep coming up with more questions. I think that’s okay. I’m here most mornings pondering ordinary things.

  1. Gorgeous flowers. How I love the myriad of color that God has showered upon the Earth.

  2. Well worth the effort, absolutely.

  3. Keep pruning, watering, fertilizing and weeding. You’ll get there.

Having a little writing contest at my place if you’re interested.
