“Take time to see the quiet miracles that seek no attention”

~ John O’Donohue

That seems like a good piece of wisdom for this day—any day, really.

Today, I’m digging up a few geraniums and begonias from my large pots that I want to overwinter in the house. Tomorrow, Gerry will move the pots to the garage and that will be that.

Also, doing something with the tomatoes—haven’t decided what yet.

And writing.

Simple happy. Let’s continue the list.

Heirloom tomatoes, ripe and delicious and oh-so beautiful.

Fresh baked bread.

Waking early.

Dreams about people and places I’ve not seen for what feels like a lifetime.

I’m a writer, reader, and creative. I thought by now I’d have things figured out, but I keep coming up with more questions. I think that’s okay. I’m here most mornings pondering ordinary things.
