But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

 ~ William Butler Yeats

Good Sunday morning. I’m looking forward to spending time at church this morning and afterward, we’ll see where the day gently takes us.

I’m a writer, reader, and creative. I thought by now I’d have things figured out, but I keep coming up with more questions. I think that’s okay. I’m here most mornings pondering ordinary things and the thin places where faith intersects.

  1. Blessings to you this Sunday morning. A very soft and gentle photo today. I hope you have an enjoyable afternoon.

    1. Wishing you a wonderful Sunday too, Mildred.

  2. Dear Linda, it’s been a long time since I’ve read blogs and it’s good to start with yours. The Yeats’ quotation is so apt for me right now. No one else is treading on my dreams; I’m doing all of that. I’m trying to let go and let God–to stop grasping at control. Peace.

    1. Dee, how wonderful to hear from you! I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how things were with you. Wishing much peace for you too on this Sunday afternoon.

  3. Your photos are amazing! My sister Mildred sent me to see your lovely blog.

    1. Karen, how nice of you to stop by–and thank you so much for your kind words about my photography. I’m heading over to pay a visit to your blog now.
