The smoke is back. I’m thankful that I was intentional about being outside yesterday.

Today: a delivery and setup, some running around, and planning and prep.

Just your typical day in the retireehood.

I’m a writer, reader, and creative. I thought by now I’d have things figured out, but I keep coming up with more questions. I think that’s okay. I’m here most mornings pondering ordinary things and the thin places where faith intersects.

  2. We have had a lot of smoke here, Minot, ND. Nearly every day for the last week or so. I keep thinking about all those affected in California and other states and in Canada. Praying for all these families and towns every day.
