“Look not out, but within . . . Remember it is a still voice that speaks to us in this day, and that it is not to be heard in the noises and hurries of the mind; but it is distinctly understood in a retired frame.”
~ William Penn
Some things . . .
A small, simple, connection from my sister yesterday made me happy.
I enjoyed the blustery, blizzardy, snowy day yesterday . . . from the comfort and warmth of inside my home.
I had a dream last night that took me back to a dark place and I woke thankful for where I am today.

I am proud of this quote from Wm. Penn and even more proud that he had the good sense to invite Mennonites persecuted in Europe to till the fertile soil in Pennsylvania.
