Like you, I love spring! I took my first foray into my small garden yesterday, and what did I see, alongside the tulips and daffodils—weeds, and lots of them! So it’s outside again for me today, and I hope to keep it up until they (the weeds) are all gone!

Let the games begin! Yes! I wish we were closer to spring – and why are you closer than ND, hmm? We still have piles of snow, though they are melting a bit. We had a wee bit more snow today and more forecast for Friday. I wish we had flowers for Easter, but that doesn’t happen here. 🙁
Our snow is disappearing fast. We have only a bit left in our north yard. We stopped by the community garden today and there is spinach in many plots (that get more sun than mine) that will soon be ready to harvest a little salad from. Hope it springs soon for you too, Karen. Once March comes we have all had enough winter.
