So much beauty unfolding in the spring and it’s a delight to slow down enough to watch it happen. These beautiful dark coloured tulips are blooming in my yard now.
I love how they look with back lighting.
. . . and in a pretty pot.
They’re equally pretty with side lighting!
Adding a few props never hurts!
I’m loving Kim Klassen’s Be Still | One Year [Wiser] class that I’m taking this year. So much inspiration and so many talented photographers to learn from. Serendipitously we’re even touching on things, other than photography, that are just what I need in this moment.
(These images were processed in Lightroom with Kim Klassen’s kk_breeze preset.)
Your photography just continues to get better. Thanks for the link.
Thank you, Christine. It’s a treat to have time to practice more often these days.
I love how you experiment with simple, beautiful objects, lighting, situations, settings, etc. These tulips are beautiful. I love the color.
Thanks so much, Karen. It’s a joy to have the time to finally play at things I enjoy. Viva retirement!
