The Presence of Absence: A Story About Busyness, Brokenness, and Being Beloved

This is a spiritual memoir about a longing many of us have for something we struggle to articulate. It’s about fear, brokenness, and the mystery of stillness, solitude, and silence. It is the story of a sacred journey to a lost mother, a found family, and an encounter with divine love.

The Presence of Absence is available at Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Barnes and Noble, and Indigo Chapters.

Living Liminal: A Slice of Pandemic Life

Journal Entry: Wednesday, March 25, 2020

Some mornings I wake up empty, weary before my feet hit the floor and another day in COVID time begins. I think about the jubilation that will come when this nightmare has passed, and wonder about the toll self-isolation is demanding. Looking for delight is more challenging now. That’s why we practice looking for gifts in good times—so our vision is attuned to see them in not-so-good times. Especially in unprecedented times like these.

Living Liminal is available exclusively at Amazon.ca and Amazon.com
